LG identifies the OLED65C3PUA as its 2023 65-inch OLED evo C3. Its page lists Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. LG identifies the OLED65C4PUA as the 2024 65-inch OLED evo C4, listing an Alpha 9 Gen7 processor and a 144Hz gaming capability. Manufacturer pages checked October 10, 2026. A same-size price worksheet
Record the full model number, screen size, condition, seller, warranty and dated USD price for each offer. Match new with new, or explicitly compare the warranty and risk of a used or refurbished unit. Delivery and installation can change the final bill.
For an illustrative pair priced at $1,000 and $1,200, the upgrade premium is $200. At 65 inches those prices are $15.38 and $18.46 per inch. The second offer costs 20% more than the first; dividing by screen size does not prove better picture quality. These are arithmetic examples, not current prices.
If you already own a C3
Start with the problem you want to solve. Check the connected device's output, the input mode and supported refresh rate before paying for a gaming feature. For movies, compare settings and your room conditions before assuming a newer processor will produce a meaningful improvement. Include any resale value and setup expense in the upgrade budget.
