How to read the index
- Level is the median of each listing's monthly median of its daily-minimum price per unit. One listing, one vote; a single glitch price cannot move it.
- Floor is the 10th percentile of the same per-listing medians — what the cheapest tenth of the market cleared, without the noise of a single lowest listing.
- Change is matched-listing: the median change across listings present in both months, so products entering or leaving the catalog cannot fake a move.
- Only in-stock, new-condition listings count; tiers need at least five listings. Months close on the 2nd of the following month and are then frozen. Months before April 2026 are event-only (“sparse”) and appear in the download but not on these pages.
